How do I register for an event?

 • Send the scanned copy of your completed registration form to service@linleadmeeting.com

How will I receive confirmation of my place?

Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation letter via email containing timings, venue and terms & conditions. Please note we do not send out tickets, if you receive a confirmation letter, this is all you need to attend the event.

How can I pay?

Payments can be made via Credit Card, Cheque, and Telegraphic Transfer.
If you wish to be invoiced, please call us on +86 (0) 10 85711440 or include full invoices details with your completed booking form. 

When should I pay for the event?

Payment must be received prior to the event.

When will I receive my event material?

The pack you receive when you arrive at the event will include details of the URL and password to use to download the speakers’ presentations from our website. If you are not attending the event but have purchased the documentation, your login and password will be dispatched to you on the first day of the event as long as we have received payment from you by then.

When can I purchase the event material?

If you are not attending the event, but wish to access the event materials online then you may purchase this access at any point.  It will be available for you to login to from the first day of the event, as long as we have received payment from you by that time.

What is contained in the event material?

The pack you receive when you arrive at the event contains the latest event agenda;  speaker biographies and delegate list. Speaker presentation slides from the speakers who have provided will be loaded on our website and available for you to download for 28 days following the event date. 

Are meals included?

Yes, the event fee includes refreshment breaks and lunch. Check the agenda for timings of refreshment breaks.

Special requirements

If you have any special requirements and/or dietary restrictions that you’d like us to address, please do let us know upon registration.

How can I get to the venue?

Once registered, you will receive full location details and instructions on how to get there in the confirmation letter. Full venue details can also be found on the website.

What happens if there is a venue change?

Occasionally, it may be necessary for us to change a venue. Our customer services team will notify you of any change via email. The website will also remain updated timely. 

What about accommodation?

The registration fee does not include accommodation or travel costs, delegates are responsible for the arrangements and payments of their own travel and accommodation.

Should you require accommodation throughout the duration of the event, it is recommended to book the hotel rooms early as there are only limited rooms available at discounted corporate rate, at the event venue or hotels nearby.

What should I wear?

The dress code is business attire or casual.

How do I register for a press pass?

Not all events are open to the press for reasons of copyright and privacy. To enquire about a press pass, please write to service@linleadmeeting.com

Registration cancellations

Cancel an event registration according to:

If you cancel your registration more than TWO months before the event, there won't be any charge occurring. However,if you cancel your registration more than ONE month before the event, there will be an administration charge of 15% of registration fee. For cancellations received LESS than one month prior to the event date, or in the event of non attendance without a prior Substitution notice to us, a 100% cancellation fee applies, in these circumstances NO refund can be given and payment is still required. All Cancellations MUST be made in writing and will be acknowledged in writing.

In the event of a terrorist alert or incident that prevents the running of the event, LinLead Consultancy reserves the right to retain up to 50% of the fee as a contribution to delegate registration, all location, marketing and central administrative costs.

Delegate substitutions

Should you be unable to attend, a substitute is always welcomed anytime before the event at no additional charge. Please notify us directly with your booking reference number and name, job title and full contact details for the new delegate.  

Alternatively, a credit voucher equivalent to the full amount will be issued for you to attend any LinLead event for up to 18 months.

All Substitutions Must be made in writing and will be acknowledged in writing,

Can I receive a copy of a delegate list?

We do not release delegate lists pre or post event.

How do I unsubscribe from receiving event notifications?

To unsubscribe from receiving LinLead Consultancy emails, send an email to service@linleadmeeting.com.  To unsubscribe from postal communications, please call +86 (0) 10 85711440-603 .
